Staff Registration Form - Registration can now be completed and paid online through the LVAC website.

Vehicle Form - Word or PDF. You can fill it out and print it to be placed visibly on your dash.

Online Registration through LVAC website - This is the quickest way to register your unit for this event.

Talent Release Form - Word or PDF, you can fill in the forms and then print and sign. This form must be filled out in order for us to use photos on the site or the Facebook page.
